When will it be delivered?
Most made-to-order pieces are 6–8 weeks. The product page shows current lead time. We book a delivery slot with you 1 week before.
Do I need to assemble it?
Most items arrive fully assembled. Bed frames and large wardrobes are flat-pack — we'll assemble in the room of choice for £75.
Will it fit through my door?
Tell us your narrowest doorway and stairway width when ordering; we'll flag if there might be a problem before we make it.
Can I return it?
Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Stock items: 30 days, £95 collection fee for two-man pickup.
Is the wood solid or veneer?
Stated explicitly on every product page. We make solid-wood, oak-veneer, and a small reclaimed-pine range.
Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes — free fabric and finish samples by post. Order from any sofa or chair page.
Where is the wood from?
All hardwood is FSC-certified from European suppliers. Pine reclaimed from UK industrial buildings.
Can I see it before I buy?
Showroom in Leeds, by appointment. Or we can post fabric and finish samples.
